Industry professionals, investors, and whiskey enthusiasts! For the first time in over 50 years, the U.S. Government has added a new type of whiskey to its' regulations: American Single Malt Whiskey. An incredible opportunity has arrived at the doorstep of the spirits industry to get in on the ground floor of education and advocacy for this trailblazing category. During this two day course, you will learn about the history and business of ASMW, take an in depth look at the raw materials, ( from grain to liquid), and explore the maturation, blending, and bottling phases of the production process. Comparative sensory evaluation sessions will take place each day, along with in person guest distiller Q and A's, and a special tour of award winning Kings County Distillery.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel anytime up to 14 days prior to the event, you can choose to either a) receive a credit for the full course fee, to be used for a future EWA course within one year, or b) receive a refund of 50% of your course fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be given.
