Join the Edinburgh Whisky Academy’s exclusive Certificate in Sensory Appreciation to explore the art and science of whisky. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from whisky specialist and educator Lia Niskanen, as she guides you through this in depth course covering the origins of the sensory aspects of whisky, and taking you on a journey of connection to your own scent and flavor memories through the olfactory system. During this two day seminar, you will acquire a solid base in advanced knowledge of whisky production and gain experience creating and vocalizing expert tasting notes. All students will be tested on their knowledge to receive the prestigious EWA certificate and badge.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel anytime up to 14 days prior to the event, you can choose to either a) receive a credit for the full course fee, to be used for a future EWA course within one year, or b) receive a refund of 50% of your course fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be given.
