Held over two days, this course covers flavor origination/aroma recognition and sensory evaluation/seasons, senses, taste and elements/the effect of temperature You must be 21 years of age or older to attend this course. The workshop culminates in a blind tasting.

If you need to cancel anytime up to 14 days prior to the event, you can choose to either a) receive a credit for the full course fee, to be used for a future EWA course within one year, or b) receive a refund of 50% of your course fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be given.
